Contest Rules: 12 Days of Giving
1. No Purchase necessary to win
2. Fabric Café will send an email each day for 12 days to members
of the Preferred Customer Club . The email will state the daily prize
category. If you are not in our Preferred Customer Club, sign
up now!!
3. To enter, send an email with the daily Christmas Wish answer to the
email address 12DaysOfGiving@fabriccafe.com
4. Each day one contestant is chosen from the daily submissions using
the random selector found at http://textmechanic.com/Random-Line-Picker.html
.
5. At the end of the 12th day of Giving, one winner will be randomly selected
to win the Grand Prize $100 Gift Certificate from the total submission
list of names.
Winners will be notified using the email addresses used for the submission.
6. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or prize is forfeited.
A forfeit by the first winner results in one additional name to be drawn
and a new winner will be announced. If prize is not claimed within 30
days the prize is forfeited and no prize will be awarded.
7. Prizes must be selected from available merchandise on the Fabric Café
Web site on the day the winner chooses to select their prize. (Please
note, that the Christmas Wish answer may no longer be available on the
day the recipient chooses to select the prize. In this case the winner
may select another prize of equal or lesser value.)
8. Although no purchase is necessary to win, each customer placing an
order between December 2, 2011 and Dec. 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Central
time will receive an additional five entries per order in the random drawing.
9. Each day's submissions will be accepted from 2:00 am Central time until 1:59 am the following day.
10. By making a submission in the 12 Days of Giving contest, winners
agree to have their names published in email notices and on the Fabric
Café Web site.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Follow the specific instructions in each 12 Days of Giving e-mail. Go to our web page where directed by each day's e-mail. Send the answer to the Christmas Wishes question to 12DaysOfGiving@fabriccafe.com. That's it! Do this for all 12 days!
Put the answer in the subject line of your email.
