Our shipping charges are determined by computer in real-time. As such, sometimes the charges are improperly determined. We will contact you for additional shipping charges if an undercharge occurs. We will refund any excess shipping charges.

Returns

You may return items prepaid shipping within 30 days with a full refund, except as follows:

* damaged product packaging will be charged 10%
* damaged product may not be accepted
* shipping charges will not be refunded
* fabric cut to your order is not returnable unless we shipped a fabric you did not order
