This program is available ONLY to shops booking a trunk show.
GENERAL TERMS
1. This agreement is between Fabric Café and (name of shop) referred to as Shop throughout this agreement.
2. Shop must have an established account with Fabric Café and supply a credit card number as security of payment.
3. Shop agrees to place the consignment order at least 30 days before product is due to ship from Fabric Café.
4. A minimum consignment order of (twice the selected trunk show requirement) is required.
5. Shop agrees to purchase a minimum of 1/2 of the total consignment order, which will be charged to the credit card at time of product shipment. Fabric Café extends the following terms on the remaining portion of the consignment product. Shop agrees to return or purchase remaining consignment product within 30 days of receipt. After 45 days any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
6. Shop agrees to pay a 10% restocking charge on any open-stock Fabric Café product, pattern, kit or book that is removed from sealed bundles and requires repackaging.
7. Shop agrees to be responsible for the condition of the returned product. All returned product must be in undamaged, resalable condition and listed on the Consignment Quote order. Product that has pricing marked on packages is considered damaged and will not be accepted as returnable product. Only product listed on the consignment sales order is eligible for return credit.
8. Shop agrees to pay shipment of product to and from Fabric Café.
9. To ensure exclusivity at any event (e.g. Quilt Show), Fabric Café will extend only one consignment per event.
