The fabric is beautiful, itself.  However it wasn’t cut straight, and I was short about 1inch.  I pieced several scraps together to make my block.

This time instead of using the fabric to make a quilt, I used it to make over-sized hot pads for casserole dishes and gave the set as a gift. The colors of the fabric were so well put together. The end results were beautiful.
