As I explained to your representative, the fabric appeared ORANGE. I was asked whether I ordered my order on "your phone or computer?" I told her I do not have cell phone, and I placed the order on my computer. Her reply was the color was truer on the phone, my comment to that reply was that there should have been a disclaimer to suggest that the color that appears may not represent the actual color. IT seemed to me that there was an attitude of indifference towards my complaint and I stated that I was un likely to order from your store again. I'm sure that this review will not effect your business, but perhaps it will alert you to the notion that not everyone has a cellphone and the actual color should be VISUALLY accurate, because most people order fabric visually, even though the discription does say Red.
