Great Service May 15, 2017 Reviewer: Linda D. Vaughn from Murfreesboro, TN United States   I haven't started the quilt at this time, however, the customer service is great. I have a new pc and had a little problem with the PDF download. One email and Donna solved my problem immediately. Help Needed February 19, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Ankeny, IA United States   I didn't mind downloading the pattern but I found the directions a little confusing.  I called the company and a representative helped me through it. I think I had to pay a little over $5 for the pattern, which If felt was too much but I don't know the average cost of downloading a pattern. Any way, I got the pattern but have not started on the quilt yet. Was this review helpful to you?
